Hello!

Good evening everyone!
No card from me today but just wanted to share my excitement, I was one of the lucky winners of Lee's (craftyloops) candy and it arrived today and I can't tell you how wonderful it is, everything is amazing and all so beautifully packaged, I have to say Lee's trademark flowers are truly gorgeous and when I have finished drooling over everything I might be able to part with some of it to make a card! I can't thank Lee enough for her kindness and am sure the other winners are as thrilled with their goodies as I am.
I was also a winner over at C.R.A.F.T challenge blog today so all in all a very good day!
I was also a winner at Make It Monday and last week I won some gorgeous ribbons over at An Oldie but a Goodie, phew!  I must be on a roll, lol!
Well thats it for me today, am going to relax with a large glass of wine and stroke my goodies!
Hugs to all, Jayne. x  x

Little Rascals

Good morning all!
The card I am going to share today was made for The Little Rascals Challenge over on docrafts, I haven't taken part in one of the challenges for ages and this image fitted the bill, I coloured it to have a go with spectrum noir pens, I usually use promarkers but as a few were running out I thought  it was an opportunity to try these pens as they are cheaper and refillable. They blended nicely and worked alongside my promarkers so I may consider more in the future as I only got the turquoise set.  Anyway onto the card, I used a LOTV image, papers from my scrap box, M/S zigzag border punch and fiskars star punch.

Card for Lily

Good morning!
Have got up late this morning so just a quick post before I get on with preparing lunch.  This is a card I was asked to make for a lovely little girl called Lily, I hope she likes it.  I have used Daisy decoupage, I haven't used decoupage in ages, it seemed strange not colouring an image but made a change.

Thank you!

Evening peeps!
The card I want to share tonight is a thank you card that I made for a very good docrafts buddy that was kind enough to send me a lovely present of some marianne dies of a little picket fence, bird and birdhouse, they are so lovely and I can see me using them loads! I also used  a die from Memory Box to make the small roses, a Cheery Lyn die called fanciful flourish and the backing paper is from Kanban, from the Bloomsbury collection that I totally forgot I had.
Again I apologise for the rubbish photo as the light has been terrible again.

Favourite stamp

Hello!
I made this card when I saw the current LOTV challenge which was to use your favourite LOTV stamp and although I love most of the LOTV stamps this one has always been my favourite and as I haven't used it in a while I couldn't wait to get it inked up again. It is such an adorable stamp and so versatile, I have used it for birthdays, anniversaries, thank you, get well, thinking of you and I even turned the flower into a poinsettia and used it for christmas! Well I suppose I should stop waffling and actually show you my favourite stamp, lol!
The colours aren't showing up that great as the last few days the light hasn't been good for taking photo's. The image is coloured with flexmarkers and prisma pencils, the papers are Isabelle from First Edition, spring border from Memory Box, doily border punch from M/S and of course the image and sentiment are LOTV.

Best of British!

Good evening bloggers!   Another monday out of the way (I hate mondays at work). This card was one of those unplanned ones that just sort of happen if you know what I mean. I had the Portobella Road papers for christmas and although I love them I wasn't at all sure what to do with them, then while searching for a stamp for another card I came across London Lofty which I brought absolutely ages ago just because it was on sale at 99p then I wondered why on earth I had brought it and its just been pushed to one side and never inked up so I thought I would try the two things together and see what happens, lol and here is the result!
I used Portobella Road papers, distress inks, London Lofty and crown coloured with promarkers, brother sentiment from Cuddly Buddly.

New Beginnings!

Hello everyone, hope you've all had a great start to the new year!  Todays card is a white on white card using a cute LOTV image, the cardstock is linen card and I have embossed the top with a heart embossing folder from country companions, the bottom is a swiss dots folder from cuttlebug and the embossed lines down the side were done on the hougie board. I have also used the doily border punch from martha stewart and the hearts and ducks are dies from xcut and some ribbon, pearls and and charm completes the card. Oh almost forgot my new die is the spellbinders pennants that I used for the baby bunting.

Live the life you love!

Today I would like to share a card with you that I made for hubby's birthday which was christmas day, it's quite a different style from what I usually do however I did enjoy a break from the norm.
The papers were downloaded from Raspberry Road and I distressed the edges, I used distress inks and cosmic shimmer mist on the tag, the stamps are a mixture from Kanban and free ones from Homemade magazine
